Version 0.1 · Effective 29 September 2026
Sitewear is currently in beta. This notice explains what that means before you start using it. Full terms of service and a privacy policy are being prepared and will be provided before Sitewear is offered generally. When they are ready we will ask you to read and accept them.
Sitewear is complete and working, but it has not been used by anyone other than its developer. You are among the first businesses to use it on real jobs.
That means you should expect to find errors, and you should keep your own copies of anything that matters — your claims, invoices and site records. Do not rely on Sitewear as your only record of anything you would be unable to reconstruct.
We will tell you promptly if anything goes wrong that affects your data.
Nothing during the beta. We will tell you the price and give you a clear choice before any charge is ever made. Your account will not roll into a paid plan automatically.
Sitewear holds the information you put into it. This includes:
It is stored in Australia, in Sydney.
Some documents you upload — purchase orders, invoices, delivery dockets — are sent to an external AI service to be read, so their contents can be filled in for you. You can turn this off and type the details in yourself.
You can ask for a copy of everything held in your account at any time, and we will provide it.
You can ask us to delete your account and its contents at any time, and we will do so.
Neither request needs a reason, and neither costs anything.
If you put your workers or subcontractors into Sitewear, please let them know their details are held here. They can see everything held about them in their own account.
You can stop using Sitewear whenever you like. If we end the beta, we will give you reasonable notice and time to get your records out.
